A credit card or deposit may be required to reserve your appointment.
Cancellation | Rescheduling Policy
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
A $30 cancellation fee will be charged for an appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
DEPOSIT POLICY FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP & Eyelash Extensions
Your 20% deposit secures your permanent makeup & eyelash extensions appointment. Your paid deposit will be applied to the service purchase at the time of your appointment. Lashesbrowsbyvivian has a 24 hours cancellation policy for all permanent makeup services. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel less than 24 hours or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours or did not show up to your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule. Since permanent makeup services requires a deposit, the cancellation fee will not apply.
Late Arrivals
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.
Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
Eyelash Fills
After 4 weeks you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining for a fill, otherwise you will be charged for extra or a full set
Following proper aftercare instructions can help maintain good retention and extend the life of your lashes.
If you suspect your fill appointment may need to be switched to a full set, please edit your appointment online or contact me to make sure we have enough time to fix you up!
Refund Policy
If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours.
No refunds are offered on eyelash extension and services.
If you have an allergic reaction to a service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge.
Payment | Gratuity
We accept cash, and all major credit cards, (including American Express, PayPal Venmo and Zelle. We do not accept paper checks at this time.)
Gratuities are genuinely appreciated. A 15-20% gratuity is generally customary with professional services.
